Terms of Service

For direct bookings, a 50% deposit is required to hold and confirm your booking. Upon check-in, the remaining room balance is payable.

Deposit payments are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. If you cancel with at least 15 days’ notice, your deposit is fully refundable.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking price.

Reservation dates may be changed at no additional fee, subject to availability and any rate difference applicable to the new dates requested.
